Předmětem prací je zateplení obálek budov, výměna výplní otvorů, výměna zdroje vytápění včetně rekonstrukce otopné soustavy, rekonstrukce osvětlení včetně elektroinstalace, instalace vzduchotechniky, FVE, venkovní stínící technika, MaR, rekonstrukce hromosvodu, slaboproudy, rekonstrukce ZTI, stavební úpravy hygienického zázemí, výměna vnitřních dveří, dispoziční úpravy a další práce blíže popsané v projektové dokumentaci.
