Description

Předmětem zakázky jsou stavební práce na kompletní rekonstrukci tří budov bývalé mateřské školy Pod Skalkou č. p. 50 v Přerově – Předmostí. Ve dvou objektech na parc. č. st. 725 a 728 bude vybudován domov pro osoby se zdravotním postižením se zázemím pro stálou službu v rámci transformace Domova Na zámečku Rokytnice, p.o. (SO 01, SO 02, SO 04). V objektu na parc. č. st. 726 budou vytvořeny nové prostory pro přerovskou pobočku Střediska sociální prevence, p.o. (SO 03). Na přilehlých ostatních plochách parc.č. 30/107 a 30/106 budou vybudovány chodníky, parkoviště a vysázena zeleň.
