Riigihanke objektiks on vastavalt hankija vajadustele esmaabivahendite (edaspidi kaup või umbisikuliselt toode) ostmine koos kauba tarnimisega hankija asukohtadesse riigihanke alusdokumentides sätestatud tingimustel ja korras. Nimekiri esmaabivahendistest on välja toodud tehnilise kirjelduse lisas 1 - Vorm I.
