Description

The objective of the procurement is to obtain high-quality international public relations and media relations services for HAM Helsinki Art Museum (HAM), with a particular focus on strengthening the international visibility and profile of Helsinki Biennial and HAM. The services include strategic planning and implementation of international PR activities, international media relations, media outreach, and related advisory services. The target regions are Europe, North America, and Asia. The assignment comprises both project-based services and ongoing advisory support, with the scope and volume of the services expected to vary during the contract period.The subject matter of the procurement and the applicable requirements are described in detail in Annex 1 Service Description.

How the award is decided

Price will be compared on the basis of Annex 5 Price Form. The lowest comparison price receives 40 points; other tenders are scored as follows: lowest comparison price / tenderer’s comparison price × 40., Quality consists of two criteria: Responsible Key Person, 20 points; and Proposed Approach and Team, 40 points. The scoring of the quality criteria is described in more detail in the annexes.
