Description

La présente consultation a pour objet la location et l'entretien de portes, panneaux de fenêtres et alarmes anti-intrusion et de services associés comme notamment la neutralisation intérieure des réseaux de plomberie, d'électricité et de gaz de logement du patrimoine de Hauts-de-Bièvre Habitat. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande, conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 800 000 EurosHT sur la durée globale du marché, périodes de reconduction comprise. Le présent accord cadre est conclu pour une durée de 1 an à compter du 01/02/2027 ou de sa notification si elle est postérieure. Il est reconductible tacitement 3 fois 1 an, sans pouvoir excéder 4 ans au total.
