La consultation concerne la fourniture de licences PC VUE de la SCP. Les licences Pc Vue sont essentielles au fonctionnement des postes opérateurs des ouvrages de la SCP qui sont programmés, avec le logiciel Pc Vue. Ce logiciel permet de visualiser les organes de l'ouvrage en local, de suivre des mesures, des courbes, d'avoir un historique et un état des informations en direct, ainsi que les alarmes en cours. Il permet également la prise de commande des organes (pompes, vannes, compresseurs, etc.) en local, sur site
