Description

Le Département de la Loire souhaite former ses agents (chargé d'accueil, secrétaire médico-social, travailleur médico-social, encadrant) qui font face à l'agressivité du public dans l'exercice de leurs fonctions. Cette prestation fait l'objet l'objet d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire exécuté par bons de commande sans minimum et avec un maximum sur la durée de l'accord-cadre de 40 sessions de formation. La date prévisionnelle de début des prestations est le 1er janvier 2027. L'accord-cadre prend effet au 1er janvier 2027 ou à compter de la date de sa notification si celle-ci est postérieure, pour une durée de 4 ans fermes Formation
