Description

La présente consultation concerne un accord-cadre de fournitures de cartes accréditives pour l’approvisionnement en carburants et prestations annexes en stations-services pour les services de Lamballe Terre & Mer. La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 21242, R. 21242 1° et R. 21612 à R. 21615 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L21251 1°, R. 21621 à R. 21626, R. 216213 et R. 216214 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. L’accord-cadre sera attribué à un maximum de deux opérateurs économiques (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres). Le montant total des prestations pour la période initiale de l'accord-cadre est défini comme suit : Seuil maximum Lamballe Terre & Mer : 800 000,00 euros H.T.
