La durée de validité de l'accord-cadre est la période à l'intérieur de laquelle les bons de commande peuvent être émis. L'accord cadre est conclu à compter de sa notification jusqu'au 31 décembre 2027 ou s'il n'était pas notifié avant cette date, à compter de la notification jusqu'au 31 décembre 2027. Il sera reconductible tacitement 2 fois sur l'année civile et prendra fin au 31 décembre 2029. Le titulaire de l'accord cadre ne pourra refuser la reconduction. Denrées alimentaires
