Description

Le présent accord-cadre est conclu pour une première période d’un (1) an à compter de l'ordre de service en prescrivant le démarrage. Il pourra être reconduit par tacite reconduction, trois (3) fois pour une durée d’une (1) année. Le Titulaire du marché ne pourra refuser la reconduction. En cas de non-reconduction, le pouvoir adjudicateur se prononcera au moins trois (3) mois avant la fin de la période en cours. En cas de non-reconduction, le Titulaire ne pourra prétendre à aucune indemnité. La durée totale du marché ne peut excéder quatre (4) ans.
