La présente consultation a pour objet un marché public global de performance, au sens de l'article L.2171-3 du code de la commande publique, ayant pour objet l'exploitation des installations techniques des piscines de la Ville de Metz suivantes : - PISCINE LOTHAIRE, située 44 rue Lothaire à METZ, comprenant : - PISCINE BON PASTEUR, située 10 rue Bon Pasteur à METZ, - PISCINE BELLETANCHE, située rue de Belletanche à METZ, - PISCINE DU LUXEMBOURG, située rue de Belle Isle à METZ, Le présent marché comporte à la fois les prestations suivantes : - Prestations d'exploitation technique et de maintenance (postes P2 et P3) - Conception et réalisation des travaux de renouvellement de la Gestion Technique Centralisée (GTC) - Conception et réalisation des travaux d'optimisation énergétique et d'amélioration de la qualité d'eau. La durée du marché est de 48 mois à compter du 1er janvier 2027
