Description
Ausgeschrieben werden die Abbrucharbeiten an der Irmela Wendt Schule in Lage Pottenhausen. Die Schule ist eine Grundschule mit dem Förderschwerpunkt Sprache. Der vorhandene Gebäudekomplex besteht aus folgenden Bauwerken: Der Altbau aus den 1970er Jahren, Erdgeschoss + nicht ausgebauter Dachraum (Satteldach) + Untergeschoss wird inkl. Keller abgebrochen. Der Erweiterungsbau von 1989, Ergeschoss mit Satteldach + Teilkeller bleibt bestehen. Der Container-Modulbauwerk aus den 1980er Jahren, Erdgeschoss + Flachdach, mit 2 Klassenräumen und Gruppenraum wird abgebrochen.
