Description

Ausbau und fachgerechte Entsorgung von 132 Bestandsfenstern einschließlich Rahmen, Verglasungen, Blechen, Befestigungen und Dichtungen. Lieferung und Montage von insgesamt 247 Kunststoff-Fenster- und Fenstertürelementen, überwiegend mit Dreifach-Isolierverglasung, Uw 0,85 W/(m²K), Schallschutz 3237 dB, außen RAL 7012 und innen weiß. Davon entfallen 36 Elemente auf die Vorabmaßnahme, 41 Elemente auf den Dachgeschossneubau und 170 Elemente auf die bewohnten Bestandswohnungen einschließlich 32 Kellerfenstern. Weitere Hauptleistungen: 38 Rollladenanlagen, 166 fensterintegrierte Lüftungselemente sowie Blendrahmenverbreiterungen und umlaufende Anschlussabdichtungen. Die Ausführung erfolgt abschnittsweise, teilweise in bewohnten Bereichen und überwiegend über bauseitige Gerüste.
