Für den Standort Frankfurt am Main wird im Rahmen der Folgeausstattung des Bereichs Biotherapeutische Wirkstoffentwicklung und Protein Design ein label-freies, mikrofluidik-basiertes Echtzeit-Bindungsanalysesystem mit mindestens 5 parallelen Kanälen (auch Einzelkanal Applikation möglich) und integriertem Autosampler mit Kühlkompartiment benötigt. Das System dient der hochsensitiven Bestimmung von Affinitäten und Bindungs-Kinetiken (ka, kd, KD) und der Konzentrationsmessung.
