Description

Die Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena beabsichtigt für Ihre wissenschaftliche Tätigkeit die An-schaffung von zwei Einzelphotonen-Avalanche-Dioden (Single Photon Avalanche Diodes (SPADs)) im nah-infrarot Bereich (900-1700 nm) für Quantenapplikationen und Lebensdauer-messungen. Folgenden Komponenten und technischen Leistungsparameter müssen mindes-tens enthalten bzw. erfüllt sein. Die Vergabestelle behält sich vor Angebote über einem Gesamtauftragswert von 36.000 Euro netto von der Wertung auszuschließen. Liegen alle Angebote über dieser Grenze, ist die Vergabestelle berechtig die Ausschreibung aufzuheben. Ergeben sich die folgenden Anforderungen: siehe Mindestanforderungen
