Αντικείμενο της παρούσας σύμβασης, που αφορά το Υποέργο 1 «Προτυποποίηση, Επικαιροποίηση και Ανάπτυξη Πρωτοκόλλων και Επιχειρησιακών Σχεδίων για την Αποτελεσματικότητα του ΕΚΑΒ», είναι η παροχή εξειδικευμένων υπηρεσιών για την ανάπτυξη και επικαιροποίηση πρωτοκόλλων, για τις διακομιδές ασθενών, επιχειρησιακά σχέδια για μαζικές καταστροφές και διαδικασίες αεροδιακομιδών, την εισαγωγή καινοτόμων εργαλείων Τεχνητής Νοημοσύνης (Ψηφιακός Βοηθός Στελέχους), για την ενίσχυση της υποστήριξης στις επιχειρησιακές αποφάσεις και τη διαχείριση των εκτάκτων αναγκών. Η Δημιουργία πλαισίου πιστοποίησης ποιότητας για τις επιχειρησιακές διαδικασίες του ΕΚΑΒ, με στόχο την τυποποίηση και την εξασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με διεθνή πρότυπα
