ΑΑντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών συντήρησης κτιρίων του ΑΠΘ. Οι παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες κατατάσσονται στον ακόλουθο κωδικό του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων: (CPV): 50000000-5 - Υπηρεσίες επισκευής και συντήρησης. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 1.323.322,91€ μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 24% (εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 1.640.920,41€). Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται σε δύο (2) έτη, από 2-8-2027 ή από την υπογραφή της σύμβασης.
