Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια ειδών παντοπωλείου, οπωροπωλείου, κρεοπωλείου, αρτοποιίας και ζαχαροπλαστικής για την κάλυψη των αναγκών του Οργανισμού Κοινωνικής Αλληλεγγύης & Παιδείας Κεφαλληνίας (Ο.Κ.Α.Π.), του Δημοτικού Γηροκομείου Αργοστολίου (Δ.Γ.Α.) και του Κοινωνικού Παντοπωλείου του Δήμου Αργοστολίου. Η σύμβαση υποδιαιρείται σε είκοσι επτά (27) αυτοτελή τμήματα, για τα οποία επιτρέπεται η υποβολή προσφοράς για ένα, περισσότερα ή όλα τα τμήματα, υποχρεωτικά για το σύνολο των ειδών και ποσοτήτων κάθε προσφερόμενου τμήματος. Η συνολική εκτιμώμενη αξία ανέρχεται σε 758.648,04 € χωρίς Φ.Π.Α. και 857.369,52 € συμπεριλαμβανομένου Φ.Π.Α. 13% και 24%. Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται σε δώδεκα (12) μήνες από την υπογραφή της. Η ανάθεση θα πραγματοποιηθεί με ανοικτή ηλεκτρονική διαδικασία άνω των ορίων, με κριτήριο την πλέον συμφέρουσα από οικονομική άποψη προσφορά, αποκλειστικά βάσει τιμής, ανά τμήμα, σύμφωνα με την υπ’ αριθ. 4/2026 Μελέτη της Διεύθυνσης Κοινωνικής Προστασίας & Υγείας του Δήμου Αργοστολίου.
