Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι παροχή υπηρεσιών: «Υπηρεσίες Καθαρισμού Κτιρίων» προκειμένου να καλυφθούν οι ανάγκες του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Κατερίνης-Ψυχιατρικός Τομέας. Ειδικότερα οι παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες αφορούν στην καθαριότητα ή/και στην απολύμανση, των κτιριακών εγκαταστάσεων και των εν γένει χώρων του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Κατερίνης, εκτάσεως 33.082,00 m2, των εγκαταστάσεων του Παλαιού Νοσοκομείου Κατερίνης εκτάσεως 811,00 m2 και των Δομών του Ψυχιατρικού Τομέα εκτάσεως 6.276,05 m2. Στο συνολικό εμβαδό που είναι 40.169,05 m2 περιλαμβάνονται όλοι οι χώροι που λειτουργούν, οι εξωτερικοί στεγασμένοι, υπαίθριοι χώροι (υπηρεσιακή αυλή, αίθρια, πεζοδρόμια, κλπ).
