Το φυσικό αντικείμενο της μελέτης είναι "Υποχρεωτικός Αναδασμός αγροκτημάτων Ψαθάδων, Διδυμοτείχου, Ισαακίου, Πραγγίου, Μικροχωρίου, Πετράδων ΠΕ Έβρου έκτασης 15.000 στρεμμάτων", με βάση την έκτασή του οποίου έγινε και η προεκτίμηση αμοιβής της εν λόγω μελέτης
