Description
Σκοπός του παρόντος Διαγωνισμού είναι η ανάδειξη αναδόχου για την παροχή υπηρεσιών υποστήριξης λειτουργίας της Επιχειρηματικής Μονάδας της ΕΤΑΔ Α.Ε. «Μαρίνα Θεσσαλονίκης» για χρονικό διάστημα δώδεκα (12) μηνών, με δικαίωμα μονομερούς εκ μέρους της ΕΤΑΔ Α.Ε. παράτασης για δώδεκα (12) επιπλέον μήνες. Η σύμβαση διακόπτεται αζημίως για την ΕΤΑΔ Α.Ε. κατόπιν προηγούμενης έγγραφης ειδοποίησης δεκαπέντε (15) ημερολογιακών ημερών προς τον Ανάδοχο. Οι γενικοί και ειδικοί όροι εκτέλεσης της υπό ανάθεση σύμβασης, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του τόπου, χρόνου και τρόπου παράδοσης και παραλαβής της υπηρεσίας, περιλαμβάνονται στο πέμπτο και έκτο Μέρος καθώς και στα ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑΤΑ Ι και II της διακήρυξης του διαγωνισμού
