Description
Η παρούσα μελέτη αφορά την ανάδειξη αναδόχου / αναδόχων μελετητών για την εκπόνηση μελετών και την έκδοση των απαιτούμενων αδειών για την αποκατάσταση 3 διατηρητέων ιδιόκτητων κτιρίων του e-ΕΦΚΑ και συγκεκριμένα των κτιρίων: 1. Επί των οδών Καραολή & Δημητρίου 2-4 και Γούναρη 22, Πειραιάς, 2. Επί της οδού Κολοκοτρώνη 44, Πειραιάς, 3. Επί της οδού Υψηλάντου 159, Πειραιάς. Επισημαίνεται ότι και τα 3 κτίρια είναι χαρακτηρισμένα ως διατηρητέα και τα τρία αυτά κτίρια είναι σήμερα σε εξαιρετικά κακή κατάσταση και χαρακτηρίζονται ως επικίνδυνα. Ετσι, ο βασικός σκοπός της εκπόνησης των σχετικών μελετών είναι κατά κύριο λόγο η διάσωση των κτιρίων αυτών από την πλήρη κατάρρευση τα επόμενα χρόνια, με ότι αυτό συνεπάγεται για τον κίνδυνο ατυχήματος ή/και δυστυχήματος (παρότι έχουν ήδη ληφθεί μέτρα προφύλαξης - τοποθέτηση σκαφών / μεταλλικών κατασκευών - για την αποτροπή τους. Περαιτέρω όμως κρίνεται ότι, λόγω της θέσης τους, τα εν λόγω ακίνητα, όταν ανακατασκευαστούν, θα αποτελέσουν σημαντικά κτίρια προς αξιοποίηση (μέσω της εκμίσθωσής τους) και την προσδοκία σημαντικών εσόδων για τον e-ΕΦΚΑ από αυτά.
