Αντικείμενο του έργου είναι η λειτουργία «ΚΕΝΤΡΟΥ ΕΝΗΜΕΡΩΣΗΣ - ΠΛΗΡΟΦΟΡΗΣΗΣ ΑΠΟΘΕΜΑΤΟΣ ΒΙΟΣΦΑΙΡΑΣ MAB/UNESCO ΑΣΤΕΡΟΥΣΙΩΝ» που θα προσφέρει πληροφορίες και εκπαιδευτικές δραστηριότητες, όπως ψηφιακό αποθετήριο αποθέματος Βιόσφαιρας Αστερουσίων, όπου οι επισκέπτες θα μπορούν να αλληλοεπιδρούν με το υλικό και τη Βιόσφαιρα μέσω σύγχρονων τεχνολογιών και διαδραστικών εκθεμάτων.
