Description

Οι Δράσεις Προτεραιότητας Ι και ΙΙ επικεντρώνονται στην ενίσχυση της ενεργειακής αυτονομίας των νησιών μέσω της αξιοποίησης των Ανανεώσιμων Πηγών Ενέργειας (ΑΠΕ). Ειδικότερα, περιλαμβάνουν την εγκατάσταση φωτοβολταϊκών συστημάτων σε συνδυασμό με συστήματα αποθήκευσης ενέργειας σε μπαταρίες, την ανάπτυξη σταθμών ΑΠΕ και την εγκατάσταση υβριδικών συστημάτων ΑΠΕ. Κοινός στόχος τους είναι η αύξηση της παραγωγής καθαρής ενέργειας, η αποτελεσματικότερη αξιοποίησή της στην τελική κατανάλωση και η μείωση της εξάρτησης των νησιών από συμβατικές πηγές ενέργειας, μέσω επενδυτικών ενισχύσεων και προγραμμάτων στήριξης. Οι Δράσεις Προτεραιότητας Ι και ΙΙ επικεντρώνονται στην ανάπτυξη και αναβάθμιση βασικών υποδομών στα νησιά, με στόχο την ενίσχυση της ενεργειακής διασύνδεσης, τη βελτίωση της διαχείρισης των υδατικών πόρων και την προώθηση της βιώσιμης κινητικότητας. Ειδικότερα, περιλαμβάνουν την κατασκευή φραγμάτων και ταμιευτήρων πολλαπλών χρήσεων, την ανάπτυξη και ολοκλήρωση ηλεκτρικών διασυνδέσεων στις Κυκλάδες, τα Δωδεκάνησα και το Βορειοανατολικό Αιγαίο, καθώς και την εγκατάσταση σταθμών φόρτισης ηλεκτρικών οχημάτων. Οι δράσεις εστιάζουν στη βελτίωση της ασφάλειας και της αξιοπιστίας του ενεργειακού εφοδιασμού, στην ορθολογική αξιοποίηση των υδατικών πόρων και στην ενίσχυση της ηλεκτροκίνησης, συμβάλλοντας στη βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη και την ανθεκτικότητα των νησιωτικών περιοχών.
