EN: Procurement of the following scopeArchiv archival information system modules for the Contracting Authority, in case of the production system for the number of users specified for each module below: - Units of Description module: 25 users - Partners module: 5 users - Dossiers + Documents module: 5 users - Loans module: 20 users - Data Import Plug-in module: 1 user The Tenderer should attach a declaration from the license owner to prove the availability of the licenses. The Tenderer should also declare that during the project it will act in accordance with Hungarian and European Union data protection legislation. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ HU: A scopeArchiv levéltári nyilvántartó rendszer alábbi moduljainak beszerzése Ajánlatkérő számára, az éles rendszer esetében modulonként az alább megadott felhasználószámmal: - Leírási egységek modul: 25 felhasználó - Partnerek modul: 5 felhasználó - Dossziék + Dokumentumok modul: 5 felhasználó - Kérések modul: 20 felhasználó - Adatimport plug-in modul: 1 felhasználó Ajánlattevőnek csatolnia kell a licenctulajdonos nyilatkozatát a licencek rendelkezésre állásáról. Ajánlattevőnek nyilatkoznia kell arról, hogy a projekt során a magyar és az európai uniós adatvédelmi jogszabályoknak megfelelően fog eljárni.
