Description
Üzemeltetési BIM modell kialakítása az MNB műemlékvédelem alatt álló Szabadság téri Székházban nettó 23000 m2 alapterületen. A jelen közbeszerzés megvalósulásával elérendő cél olyan komplex, integrált BIM alapú üzemeltetési épületinformációs modell létrehozása az MNB Székházára vonatkoztatva, amely biztosítja: - az épület teljes életciklusára kiterjedő, strukturált adatkezelést; - a 3D-s megjelenítésű, digitális működési támogatást; - az ArchiFM rendszerrel való teljes körű integrációt; - a felhasználók és üzemeltetési munkatársak BIM-kompetenciáinak fejlesztését; - az üzemeltetéshez szükséges adat- és dokumentumstruktúra kialakítását; - az operatív munkafolyamatok BIM-kompatibilis átalakítását. Követő fenntartás 6 hónapra és tanácsadás és folyamatmenedzsment. A beszerzés opciót nem tartalmaz. További információ a Közbeszerzési dokumentumokban található.
