Lot 1 will account for most of the work; mechanical maintenance (fabrication) works of all facilities and small new installations (less than €15,000 ex VAT). This will be a direct-award contract to the successful contractor. Lot 1 contract value is estimated to be ca. €280k per annum excluding VAT.
