How the award is decided

Quality will be weighted as 40% of the evaluation assessment as follows: 1) Approach and Methodology of Service Delivery (15%). 2) Contract Management and Performance Measurement (10%). 3) Situation Based Scenario (10%). 4) Sustainable Service Delivery and ESG Practices (5%), Price will be weighted as 60% of the evaluation assessment.
