Līgumcena ietver sevī visus izdevumus un izmaksas, kas rodas pretendentam, lai pilnīgi un pienācīgā kvalitātē iegādātos, piegādātu un nodotu pasūtītājam tehniskās specifikācijas prasībām atbilstošu preci.Punktus piešķir pēc formulas A = (AZ /AV) x 55, kur:A = saņemtais punktu skaits;AZ = viszemākā piedāvātā cena EUR;AV = vērtējamā piedāvātā cena EUR;55 = maksimālais punktu skaits. (Vērtējumu nosaka ar precizitāti divi cipari aiz komata), Garantijas termiņš līguma ietvaros ir laika periods no preces pieņemšanas-nodošanas akta parakstīšanas dienas. Pretendenta piedāvātajai precei garantijas termiņš mēnešos ir vismaz:• 24 – 0 punkti;• 36 – 10 punkti;• 48 – 20 punkti;• 60 – 30 punkti., Preces ražotāja paredzētais ekspluatācijas laiks (service life) saskaņā ar standartu LVS EN 60601-1:2007 vai ekvivalents:• līdz 5 gadiem (ieskaitot) – 0 punktu;• līdz 10 gadiem (ieskaitot) – 5 punkti;• vairāk par 10 gadiem – 10 punkti., Punktus piešķir pēc formulas B = (BZ/BV) x 5, kur:B = saņemtais punktu skaits;BZ = zemākais piedāvātais preces elektroenerģijas patēriņš kW/h gaidīšanas režīmā (standby);BV = vērtējamais piedāvātās preces elektroenerģijas patēriņš kW/h gaidīšanas režīmā (standby);5 = maksimālais punktu skaits. (Vērtējumu nosaka ar precizitāti divi cipari aiz komata)
