Punktus piešķir pēc formulas A = (AZ /AP) x 95, kur:A = saņemtais punktu skaits;AZ = viszemākā piedāvātā līgumcena;AP = piedāvātā līgumcena;95 = maksimālais piešķiramo punktu skaits.Piedāvātā līgumcena tiek vērtēta pēc aritmētisku kļūdu pārbaudes.(Vērtējumu nosaka ar precizitāti divi cipari aiz komata), Punktus piešķir atbilstoši šādiem nosacījumiem:Ja pretendenta piedāvātais atbildīgais būvdarbu vadītājs iepriekšējos trīs gados (2023., 2024., 2025.gadā un 2026.gada periodā līdz piedāvājuma iesniegšanas brīdim) kā atbildīgais būvdarbu vadītājs ir piedalījies vismaz 2 (divu) būvdarbu līgumu (ēkas demontāžai (nojaukšanai)) izpildē, kas ir pilnībā pabeigti un nodoti ekspluatācijā institūcijai, kura pilda būvvaldes funkcijas – tiek piešķirti 5 punkti. Ja pretendentam nav šādas pieredzes, punkti šajā vērtēšanas kritērijā netiek piešķirti.
