Ja pretendents nodrošina obligāto minimālo garantijas laiku 5 (pieci) gadi no objekta nodošanas ekspluatācijā.Punktu skaits tiek piešķirts šādi:• 5 gadi – 0 punkti; • 6 gadi – 5 punkti; • 7 gadi – 10 punkti; • 8 gadi – 15 punkti; • 9 gadi vai vairāk – 20 punkti., C – Piedāvātā līgumcena par būvdarbu veikšanu EUR bez PVN.Piedāvājums ar zemāko piedāvāto līgumcenu saņem 80 punktus.
