70 punktus piešķir piedāvājumam ar zemāko K1 cenu. Pārējiem: K1 punkti = (zemākā K1 cena / vērtējamā piedāvājuma K1 cena) × 70. K1 cenā ietver ELGF/ELFLA IT sertifikāciju par 2026., 2027. un 2028. finanšu gadu un EJZAF IT pārbaudi par 2026. gadu., 5 punktus piešķir piedāvājumam ar zemāko konsultāciju stundas cenu. Pārējiem: K2 punkti = (zemākā stundas cena / vērtējamā piedāvājuma stundas cena) × 5. Piedāvātā stundas cena ir nemainīga visā līguma darbības laikā., Tiek vērtēta nominētā IT audita eksperta pieredze pēdējo 3 gadu laikā pabeigtos ES lauksaimniecības fondu izdevumu sertifikācijas auditos kādā ES dalībvalstī, kuros eksperts pildījis IT auditora lomu un veicis vai vadījis ITGC un/vai ITAC pārbaudes. 1 audits – 8 punkti; 2 auditi – 16 punkti; 3 un vairāk auditi – 25 punkti; ja šādas vadošās pieredzes nav – 0 punkti. K3 ietvaros tiek vērtēta tieši eksperta pieredzes intensitāte, nevis tikai atbilstība nolikumā noteiktajām minimālajām personāla kvalifikācijas prasībām.
