How the award is decided
Tiek vērtēta pretendenta piedāvātā kopējā līgumcena EUR bez PVN attiecīgajā iepirkuma daļā. Zemākajai cenai piešķir 70 punktus., Tiek vērtēts pretendenta piedāvātās iekārtas garantētais energoefektivitātes rādītājs atbilstoši attiecīgās iepirkuma daļas tehniskajai specifikācijai. Maksimālais punktu skaits – 30 punkti. Punktus aprēķina pēc formulas B = (Xmin / Xi) × 30, kur Xmin ir zemākais energoefektivitātes rādītājs starp atbilstošajiem piedāvājumiem, bet Xi – vērtējamā pretendenta piedāvātais rādītājs. Detalizēta vērtēšanas kārtība noteikta konkursa nolikuma 12.7. punktā.
