Pamatojoties uz Publisko iepirkumu likuma 51.pantu, Komisija piešķir līguma slēgšanas tiesības saimnieciski visizdevīgākajam piedāvājumam, kuru nosaka, ņemot vērā tikai piedāvāto kopējo cenu.Ja pretendentu piedāvātās līgumcenas pārsniegs pasūtītāja finanšu iespējas, tad Komisija lems par apjomu samazināšanu, izslēdzot darbus šādā secībā:1) Jūras ielā Nr.21;2) Jūras ielā Nr.7.3.5. Ja Komisija lemj par apjomu samazināšanu, Komisija piešķir līguma slēgšanas tiesības saimnieciski visizdevīgākajam piedāvājumam, kuru nosaka, ņemot vērā tikai piedāvāto kopējo cenu pēc apjoma samazināšanas.
