How the award is decided

9.1.1. Punktu piešķiršanas kārtība K1 kritērijā:9.1.1.1. Maksimālais punktu skaits – 96 punkti – tiks piešķirts pretendentam, kura piedāvātā finanšu piedāvājuma kopējā līgumcena EUR bez PVN ir viszemākā;9.1.1.2. Pārējiem pretendentiem punktus aprēķina pēc šādas formulas:Punktu skaits pretendentam = 96 x (zemākā kopēja cena / izvērtējamā piedāvājuma cena)., 9.1.2. Punktu piešķiršanas kārtība K2 kritērijā:9.1.2.1. Pretendentam, kas piedāvājis vislielāko būvdarbu garantijas laiku (mēnešos), tiek piešķirti 4 (četri) punkti;9.1.2.2. Pārējiem pretendentiem punktus aprēķina pēc šādas formulas:Punktu skaits pretendentam = 4 x (Piedāvātais būvdarbu garantijas laiks / vislielākais būvdarbu garantijas laiks).9.1.2.3. Minimālais pretendenta piedāvātais Būvdarbu (būvdarbi, pielietotie materiāli) garantijas termiņš nav īsāks par 36 (trīsdesmit sešiem) mēnešiem no dienas, kad abpusēji tiek parakstīts Darbu nodošanas - pieņemšanas akts. Maksimālā garantijas laika vērtība mēnešos nav ierobežota.
