Description

Vykdomas ribotas konkursas gynybos srityje, pirkimo objektas – kariniai šalmai, perkamų prekių apimtys, techniniai reikalavimai, sutarties vykdymo sąlygos nurodyti pirkimo sąlygose ir jų prieduose. Pirkimas vykdomas dviem etapais: I-ame etape vykdoma kvalifikacinė atranka - tiekėjai, norintys dalyvauti šiame pirkime, teikia paraiškas. Perkančioji organizacija įvertinusi tiekėjų atitiktį nustatytiems reikalavimams, pradės II-ą etapą ir pasiūlymus kvies teikti tik tuos tiekėjus, kurie atitiks kvalifikacinės atrankos kriterijus.
