Description

Pirkimo vykdytojas numato įsigyti nepriklausomų ekspertų paslaugass transporto priemonių gamybos proceso, galutinės komplektacijos, techninės būklės ir atitikties nustatytiems techniniams, kokybės bei saugos reikalavimams įvertinimui. Paslaugos gali apimti transporto priemonių patikras gamybos metu ir po gamybos, funkcinius bei kokybinius bandymus, bandomuosius važiavimus, matavimus, neatitikčių ir defektų nustatymą bei jų pašalinimo kontrolę ir pakartotines patikras. Atlikus šį pirkimą bus sukurta dinaminė pirkimo sistema (DPS). Tiekėjai, kuriems bus leista dalyvauti DPS, bus kviečiami teikti pasiūlymus konkretiems pirkimams šioje DPS. Vykdant konkretų pirkimą DPS, reikalavimai pirkimo objektui bus pateikiami konkretaus pirkimo sąlygose.
