The purpose of this tender procedure is a service contract to support the implementation of RVO activities of the European project Safe Digital Boost for Africa (SDBA) – Continental, with the African union. Particularly focusing on the four RVO themes for cyber security capacity building: Critical information infrastructure protection (CIIP), Public- private partnerships (PPPs), Cyber skills development/Human capital agenda (HCA) & Cyber hygiene awareness. EUR 431.700 (exclusive of Dutch VAT and including all local VAT and other local costs and fees)
