De dienst betreft de totale uitvoering voor het vervoer voor leerlingen en jeugdigen die woonachtig zijn in de gemeente Deventer of vallen onder verantwoordelijkheid van de gemeente Deventer (hierna genoemd opdrachtgever). Het betreft vervoer in het kader van de Wet op het primair onderwijs (WPO), Wet op het voortgezet onderwijs (WVO) en de Wet op de expertisecentra (WEC). De kinderen en jongeren hebben recht op vervoer in het kader van de Jeugdwet. Zie aanbestedingsdocumenten.
