Description

Bodø, with accompanying operational units and municipal companies, needs to establish framework agreements for supplementary procurements of furniture. The objective of the procurement is to ensure the contracting authority ́s need for high quality office and health furniture and in a cost efficient, environmentally and socially responsible manner. The framework agreements shall support the municipality ́s need for continuous replacement and supplementing of furniture in different types of entities, including health and care institutions, office buildings and other municipal locations. To ensure good access to furniture within different categories, the competition is divided into the following two lots: Sub-contract 1: Office Furniture Lot Contract 2: Health Furniture Suppliers can submit tenders for one or both lots. The framework agreements will include supplementary procurements within relevant product areas for each sub-contract. The scope includes, but is not limited to, furniture for administration, workplaces, meeting rooms, common areas, patient and resident rooms, as well as other institution and service premises. See the contract including requirement specifications for further information on the contract's extent and content. How the award is decided

The award criteria will be evaluated based on a total evaluation sum for the main assortment and side assortment. Tenderers shall fill in columns for both the main assortment and side assortment in the following document(s): › Annex 1 Annex 2 - Product Description and price form for office furniture. All prices shall be stated in NOK excluding VAT., The award criteria will be evaluated based on a general assessment of the tenderer ́s offered products ́ functional, quality and aesthetic qualities. The products are assessed on the following criteria: › Function: Ergonomics, user friendliness and degree of compliance with function requirements. › Robustness and material quality: Construction, durability, material quality and maintenance-friendlyness › Aesthetic and visual design: General visual expression and suitability for municipal and public environments. Tenderers shall describe products and furniture series, including functional and aesthetic qualities. The tenderer shall deliver the following: › Completed Annex 1 Annex 1 - The Customer's Requirements and the Tenderer's system response. › Completed Annex 1 Annex 2 - Product Description and price form for office furniture., The award criteria will be evaluated based on the tenderer ́s responses to environmental requirements, points 6.3, 6.4 and 6.5 in Annex 1 Annex 1 - The Customer's requirement and the tenderer's solution response. The evaluation is based on the following conditions: › Share of environmentally certified products › Systems that contribute to long lifetime and circular use › Measures that reduce climate and environmental impact connected to transport and logistics. Tenderers shall respond to the environmental requirements in points 6.3, 6.4 and 6.5 in Annex 1 Annex 1 - The Customer's requirements and the tenderer's system response.
