How the award is decided

Competence of the offered candidate, Price, Procurement taking care of LOA § 5b third section. This is a procurement of project manager user equipment NTNU Campussamling, in accordance with "Guidelines on rules on climate and environmental considerations in public procurements" is procurements of consultancy and analysis services, including consultants in buildings, sites and property, procurements that are of their nature have an immaterial climate footprint and environmental impact. This nature of this procurement is to be seen as a typical procurement of a consultant, consultant or analysis service. Where relevant for the relevant assignment, the tenderer will be made aware of Statsbygg's environmental management system and the requirements thereof, so that the work can be carried out in accordance with the current routines and management documents. For this procurement, the exclusionary provision is therefore used in loa § 5b, as the procurement has, according to its nature, a climate footprint and an environmental impact that is immaterial. The Directorate of Public Construction and Property is therefore exempted from the obligations to emphasise the environment or to prioritise the environment among the three highest prioritised award criteria.
