Description

Formålet med Rammeavtalen er å sikre at personell gjennomfører nødvendig sikkerhetsopplæring før tjeneste, oppdrag eller reise til områder preget av væpnet konflikt, ustabilitet eller forhøyet sikkerhetsrisiko. Kursene skal gi deltakerne kunnskap og ferdigheter som reduserer risiko for liv og helse, og styrker evnen til å håndtere trusler og kritiske hendelser i slike miljøer.Det vises ellers til Vedlegg B (Kravspesifikasjon) for en nærmere angivelse av anskaffelsens omfang.
