Description

Direktoratet for forvaltning og økonomistyring (DFØ) planlegger å inngå rammeavtaler for betalings- og kontoholdstjenester med to banker, forutsatt at det foreligger et tilstrekkelig antall egnede leverandører og tilbud. Avtalene skal dekke behovene til statlige virksomheter tilknyttet statens konsernkontoordning, samt skattebetalingsordningen. Anskaffelsen omfatter blant annet kontohold i norske kroner, inn- og utbetalingstjenester, nettbanktjenester, valutaveksling knyttet til betalingstjenester samt enkelte tjenesteområder som skal reguleres gjennom særskilte tilleggsavtaler. Rammeavtalene vil ha en varighet på tre år med opsjon på forlengelse i inntil to år (1 + 1 år).
