Formålet med anskaffelsen er å etablere en rammeavtale som dekker Forsvarets løpende behov for nettstudier i studieforberedende fag. Tjenesten skal støtte gjennomføring av utdanning ved siden av førstegangstjenesten, og sikre en forutsigbar og administrativt effektiv avropsmodell med enhetlig kvalitet, rapportering og vilkår i avtaleperioden.Det vises til Del II - Generelle kontraktbestemmelser, Vedlegg B - Kravspesifikasjon for nærmere angivelse av anskaffelsens omfang.Estimert totalverdi for anskaffelsen er NOK 31 411 902 ekskl. mva., inkludert opsjoner. Maksimal totalverdi er NOK 55 000 000 ekskl. mva., inkludert opsjoner.
