Description

Bergen kommune har fått støtte fra klimasats for å integrere kostnadseffektivitetsvurderinger i klimabudsjettet. Klimasatssøknaden [https://www.miljodirektoratet.no/ansvarsomrader/klima/for-myndigheter/kutte-utslipp-av-klimagasser/klimasats/2026/klimastyring-etter-kostnadseffektivitet/] er bakgrunnen for oppdraget.   Formålet med oppdraget er å:    1) Utvikle et verktøy for framskrivninger av klimagassutslipp og systematisk estimering av utslippseffekter av klimatiltak, sammenlignet med referansebane (nullalternativ).    2) Utvikle et verktøy for å estimere bedriftsøkonomiske tiltakskostnader og samfunnsøkonomiske tiltakskostnader av klimatiltak (NOK / sparte tonn CO2e), inklusive tilleggseffekter.   Kontrakten er en fastprisavtale. Totalpris for oppdraget er NOK 720.000 eks. mva.   Merk at tilbudskonferanse blir avholdt allerede tirsdag 13.10 kl. 12-14, digitalt. Se detaljer for påmelding.
