Capacity, In accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) § 7-9 on climate and environmental considerations in public procurements, requirements and criteria shall be designed with the aim of reducing the procurement ́s total climate footprint and environmental impact. There are no special requirements for climate and the environment in this procurement. The contracting authority has assessed that the procurement of veterinary duty services – where the core delivery is the service performed – only results in insignificant climate footprint and minimal environmental impact. Based on this assessment, the contracting authority uses the exclusionary provision in PPR § 7-9 fifth paragraph, as the procurement is considered to have insignificant climate and environmental impact.
