Description
The procurement is for a contract for regular and periodic cleaning at the service locations Mariehaven helsehus, Lønnås helsehus, Eiksveien omsorgsbolig, Solbakken nursing home and Home based services at Solbakken nursing home. Regular and periodic cleaning at the named locations includes an area of approx. 19,000 m². There can also be extra orders for cleaning related service assignments at these locations. See the area overview and frequencies in the frequency cards for regular and periodic cleaning. Note the schedule in the tender documentation, including a site inspection and the deadline for registering for this. Contract (start of cleaning assignments) valid from 01.08.2027. The contract period is 4 years with an option for extension one or more times up until two years. The total agreement period is 6 years upon release of full option.
