How the award is decided
Assessed on how well the offered assortment covers the needs across businesses, product quality and user characteristics, functionality and user friendliness in the ordering system, as well as quality and availability in the training scheme., Assessed on relevant and verifiable environmental conditions, in particular the share and breadth of environmentally labelled products, packaging systems, as well as measures that reduce climate footprint, waste and other environmental impact in the delivery., The consumables are divided into standar assortment and other In the price form, the tenderer enters the procurement price and mark-up percentage per procurement category. The contracting authority has estimated 1 year consumption of the consumables that shall make up a standar assortment, which will give a total price for the estimated 1 year consumption. The total price for the estimated consumption is the basis for the evaluation of the price. Prices in the price form All the prices in the Price Form are given in NOK and excluding VAT. Purpose Tenders can contain sales units of various sizes. So that the tenders can be compared, all prices are normalised down to a common price unit (e.g. per sack, litres or sheets). The Contracting Authority states · Product type and product size · Informative sales unit (desired pack size, e.g. 10 rolls of 10 sacks) · Estimated annual consumption in price units Tenderers can offer other sales units, provided that the number of price units per sales unit is given. Tenderers state · Number of price units in the offered sales unit · Price per sales unit Calculation · Purchase price per price unit = price per sales unit ÷ number of price units per sales unit · Total price per annum = price per price unit × estimated annual consumption. Example There is a need for waste sacks of a stated size. The contracting authority gives a 10-packs of 10 sacks (100 sacks per sales unit) and an estimated annual consumption of 350,000 sacks. Tender A: 100 sacks per sales unit to NOK 16.00 per sales unit. · Price per sack: NOK 16.00 ÷ 100 = 0.16 NOK · Total price for one year consumption: NOK 0.16 × 350,000 sacks = 56,000 NOK Tender B: 150 sacks per sales unit (15 rolls of 10 sacks) to 22.50 NOK per sales unit. · Price per sack: NOK 22.50 ÷ 150 = 0.15 NOK · Total price for one year consumption: NOK 0.15 × 350,000 sacks = 52,500 NOK Across different sales units, tender B appears to be more expensive (£22.50 compared to £16.00 per sales unit). However, with normalisation to the price unit (sack), tender B is 3,500 cheaper per annum. The price form is to be filled in in accordance with the guideline and enclosed with the tender here.
