How the award is decided

1 Price, calculated from the following: 1.1 Weighted tender sum, cf. price form 2.3, 2. Assignment comprehension and quality, assessed on the following: 2.1. Organisation, logistics and transport systems as regards whether the proposed implementation appears robust and realistic. The organisation, resource efforts, how the equipment park is adapted to the assignments, adaptation/stand-by for call emptying and acute emptying, as well as arrangements for planning and execution of emptying over the year (20%). 2.2. Computer systems and registration routines, as well as service for subscribers and the contracting authority (5 %). 2.3. Backup systems for personnel and vehicles/equipment (5%)., 3 Climate and Environment, based on an assessment of the following: 3.1. Fuel for transport: Applies to any binding measures for the use of climate friendly fuel. It is the type of fuel, and the portion of this used is assessed. Relevant types of fuel are e.g. use of biogas, electric vehicles, or equivalent (20%). 3.2. Binding and concrete measures beyond the minimum requirements that reduce the burden on the outer environment when carrying out the contract, including logistical systems, systems for vehicles/equipment (beyond the choice of fuel) or other binding measures that provide concrete emission reductions (10 %).
