Description
Formålet med anskaffelsen er å gjennomføre en ekstern følgeevaluering av pilotprosjektet i perioden 2026–2028. Evalueringen skal gi kunnskap om måloppnåelse, erfaringer med piloteringen og bidra til læring og videreutvikling underveis. Videre skal evalueringen gi et faglig grunnlag for vurderinger av fremtidig innretning av tilbud til målgruppen. Oppdraget bygger videre på Bufdirs interne implementeringsevaluering fra 2025.
